5 ways to give back with your baby's first birthday

Practice articulating your spine initiating your movement with your deep core! 🎉Think: Exhale to lightly connect & gently lift your pelvic floor, then start to articulate your spine. It is possible to keep a good amount of range of motion in your back during pregnancy. I know because I teach it to all of my prenatal clients!! Even I am impressed with how much movement my prenatal clients still have towards the end of their pregnancies. So my point being that when you learn how to properly strengthen your deep core + continue practicing good articulation (with your deep core) = your back + body + pelvic floor can feel sooooo good 😀🎉 and fitness professionals I have a course for you too!!! www.KnockedUpFitness.com @ericaziel
